In the heart of an 800-hectare forest, in the village of Beaumotte-Aubertans, a fully-equipped 340m2 detached house for 14 people with a 75m2 wellness area on 980m2 of beautifully landscaped grounds.
On the ground floor, there’s a sublime open-plan living room with colourful, natural decor, a built-in kitchen, a beautiful reception room with a large, convivial wooden table, and a lounge with a pool table and sofas. A rack of board games is at your disposal. One bedroom with 2 twin beds. A bathroom with separate toilet. Then there’s a relaxation area with a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna and, on the terrace, a beautiful jacuzzi with barbecue and outdoor table to enjoy sunny days.
Upstairs, 3 single bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and one with a double bed. A shower room with toilet. A lounge with table football, mini bar and projection room. A dormitory with 6 single beds, shower room and separate toilet.
Plenty of parking spaces, charging station for electric vehicles, storage for bicycles and other equipment.

Arrival is from 5 p.m. and departure until 10 a.m. on the days specified in the contract.
Yes wifi is available everywhere in the house.
No, unfortunately the house does not currently comply with standards for people with reduced mobility. The house has two floors and some rooms may be inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.
The balance of the stay is payable 30 days before the rental date mentioned on the contract, together with the civil liability insurance certificate.
On request, we can collect you from the nearest station to our house. Just let us know the time of your arrival !
Cleaning, bed linen and 2 towels
per person are included in the price.
However, we ask you to :
- empty the dishwasher
- take out your rubbish in the bins behind the cottage
- put your glass in the glass container
50 metres towards the farm - put back any furniture that has been moved
A good sweep will be appreciated!
No need to mop!
